CECILIA MURNIATI is a faculty member at English Department, Soegijapranata Catholic University in Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia. Cecilia Murniati’s research interests cover the fields of higher education policies and leadership studies, teaching and learning in higher education, and the integration of technology in the classrooms. She was instrumental in the early development and assessment of the University of Iowa’s The TILE (Spaces to Transform, Interact, Learn, Engage) program through her involvement in TILE-related policy studies in the University of Iowa.
