Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
- The manuscript is original and is agreed to be scanned by a plagiarism checker by Celt journal staff, such as Unicheck, with a score less than 10% plagiarism by Celt editors.
- The title of the manuscript does not exceed 15 words, which includes articles ("the, a, an”) and prepositions ("to, in, on").
- The English and Indonesian abstract is in between 150 – 300 words.
- The English and Indonesian key words consist of 3 – 5 words.
- The manuscript is in between 4,000 – 7,000 words, excluding the abstract and references.
- All references listed in the manuscript are referred to in the text and follow the APA style citations (like guided by the Microsoft Word computer program).
- The oldest reference used in the manuscripts is 10 years old.
- The pages appear in the following order: title page, abstracts (English and Indonesian), keywords (English and Indonesian), main text (Introduction, Literature Review, Method, Discussion/ Results/Finding, Conclusion), and references are like guided by the Celt Manuscript Submission Guidelines.
- The manuscript has used Goudy Old Style lettering with single space and layout of heading, title, name, email, institution address, and presentation of manuscript's content are like that specified by the Microsoft Word Doc. Template available on the left bottom side of Celt's OJS to ensure uniformity.
- A list of 15 – 20 words are written at the end of the manuscript (after the reference) to be used as a subject index of the journal.
- The author agrees to wait for at least six months after the registration before Celt editors will communicate further about the review result and possible publication.
- The Publication Declaration, which also lists the contact information (email, mail address, and phone number - preferably with a WA number) is signed and sent along with the revised manuscript to the journal’s email.
- The contribution fee, which pays for the publication process and entitles one (1) journal to be sent to the contributor’s address, is transferred.
- The scanned proof of the fee and filled Declaration form is sent to the journal’s email: celtjournal@gmail.com; celteditor@gmail.com
