Contents include analysis, studies, application of theories, research reports, and material development. Celt was firstly published in December 2001. Based on the decree from Hasil Akreditasi Jurnal Ilmiah, SK Direktur Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi, No. 040/P/2014 dated on 18 February 2014, Celt is nationally accredited until 2019. This has been updataed with the decree no. 36/E/KPT/2019 since 13 December 2019 with a Sinta-2 accreditaton untl 2023.
