Pengaruh Orientasi Tujuan Belajar dan Keamanan Psikologis terhadap Kelincahan Belajar pada Management Trainee di Indonesia

Abstract


Perubahan dunia kerja yang semakin kompleks menuntut individu untuk memiliki kemampuan belajar yang cepat dan adaptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh orientasi tujuan belajar terhadap kelincahan belajar pada management trainee di Indonesia, serta menguji peran keamanan psikologis sebagai variabel moderator. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan melibatkan 300 peserta management trainee dari enam sektor industri. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner daring dan dianalisis dengan teknik Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa orientasi tujuan belajar dan keamanan psikologis berpengaruh positif terhadap kelincahan belajar, namun keamanan psikologis tidak berperan sebagai moderator. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa kedua faktor tersebut berkontribusi secara independen dalam meningkatkan kelincahan belajar karyawan muda. Implikasi praktis penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman secara psikologis dan mendorong orientasi belajar untuk meningkatkan kesiapan adaptif sumber daya manusia di organisasi.
