Hubungan Flexiblility Work Arrangement dengan Work Life Balance Pada Mahasiswa Gen Z
Abstract
Perkembangan dunia kerja modern menghadirkan urgensi tercapainya keseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi, terutama bagi mahasiswa Generasi Z yang menjalankan peran ganda sebagai pekerja paruh waktu. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara work life balance dan flexibility work arrangement pada mahasiwa Generasi Z dengan status pekerja paruh waktu di Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik random sampling, melibatkan 110 mahasiswa. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan koefisien korelasi (rxy) sebesar 0.208 dengan taraf signifikansi p = (<0.050), yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang lemah namun signifikan antara kedua variabel. Flexible work arrangement hanya berkontribusi 4,3% terhadap work life balance, menunjukkan bahwa fleksibilitas kerja bukan faktor utama dalam mencapai keseimbangan kehidupan kerja-pribadi bagi mahasiswa Generasi Z yang bekerja paruh waktu. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pengembangan kebijakan pengelolaan work life balance pada mahasiswa Generasi Z.
