Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

 

Author Guidelines

Please download and follow the Celt SUBMISSION GUIDELINES available on the top part of the OJS screen.
A Microsoft Word CELT JOURNAL TEMPLATE is available for download also on the left bottom part of the OJS to ensure that an author will use the B5 page size, Goudy Old Style font required by Celt journal, in addition to the kinds of letter size used for the title, abstract, header, footer, etc.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The manuscript is original and is agreed to be scanned by a plagiarism checker, such as Unicheck, with a score less than 10% plagiarism by Celt editors.
  2. The manuscript has been checked by a Grammar Check facility, such as Grammarly and the result has been included as an appendix of the manuscript.
  3. The title of the manuscript does not exceed 20 words, which includes articles ("the, a, an”) and prepositions ("to, in, on")
  4. The English and Indonesian abstract is in between 150 – 300 words
  5. The English and Indonesian key words consist of 3 – 5 words.
  6. The manuscript is in between 4,000 – 7,000 words, excluding the abstract and references
  7. All references listed in the manuscript are referred to in the text and follow the APA style citations (like guided by the Microsoft Word computer program) and are installed by using the Mendeley system. Please contact celtjournal@gmail.com if having any difficulties with using the Mendeley system.
  8. The oldest reference used in the manuscripts is 10 years old
  9. The pages appear in the following order: title page, abstracts (English and Indonesian), key words (English and Indonesian), main text (Introduction, Literature Review, Method, Finding, Conclusion), and references are like guided by the Celt Manuscript Submission Guidelines
  10. The manuscript has used Goudy Old Style lettering with single space and layout of heading, title, name, email, institution address, and presentation of manuscript's content are like that specified by the Microsoft Word Doc. Template available on the left bottom side of Celt's OJS to ensure uniformity
  11. A list of 15 – 20 words are written at the end of the manuscript (after the reference) to be used as a subject index of the journal
  12. The Publication Declaration, which also lists the contact information is signed and sent along with the revised manuscript to the journal’s email
  13. The contribution fee, which pays for the publication process and sending of journal entitles one (1) hard copy to be sent to the author’s address, is transferred to the specified Celt journal's bank account
  14. The scanned proof of the fee and filled Declaration form is sent to the journal’s email: celtjournal@gmail.com

Article Submission: 0.00 (IDR)
There is NO article submission fee.

Fast-Track Review: 1500000.00 (IDR)
With the payment of this fee, the review, editorial decision, and author notification on this manuscript is guaranteed to take place within 8 weeks. This payment, however, is not a promise on when the manuscript will be published.

There is no waiver policy.
