Author Guidelines

PEDOMAN PENULISAN

1. Naskah yang dikirim merupakan karya ilmiah yang bertemakan hukum, politik, dan ilmu sosial
2. Naskah bersifat original dan tidak mengandung unsur plagiarisme.
3. Naskah ditulis dalam bahasa Indonesia sepanjang 5000 - 7500 kata, kertas berukuran A4, jenis huruf Times New Roman, font 12, dan spasi 1,5.
4. Menggunakan istilah yang baku serta bahasa yang baik dan benar.
5. Kata, kalimat, frasa, paragraf, selain Bahasa Indonesia ditulis dengan cetak miring.
6. Naskah ditulis dalam format jurnal dengan sistem baris.
7. Sistematika penulisan bab artikel:
   1. Hasil Penelitian mencakup:

Judul Artikel, Nama Penulis, Lembaga Penulis, Alamat Lembaga Penulis, Alamat Email Penulis, Abstrak, Kata Kunci, Pendahuluan (berisi latar belakang masalah, permasalahan, dan metode penelitian), Pembahasan (berisi hasil penelitian, analisis dan sub-sub bahasan), Kesimpulan (berisi simpulan dan saran), dan Daftar Pustaka.

1. Sistematika pembaban artikel Kajian Konseptual mencakup:

Judul Artikel, Nama Penulis, Lembaga Penulis, Alamat Lembaga Penulis, Alamat Email Penulis, Abstrak, Kata Kunci, Pendahuluan, Pembahasan (analisis dan sub-sub bahasan), Kesimpulan (berisi simpulan dan saran), dan Daftar Pustaka.

1. Judul artikel harus spesifik dan lugas yang dirumuskan dengan maksimal 12 kata (bahasa Indonesia) yang menggambarkan isi artikel secara komprehensif.
2. Abstrak (abstract) ditulis secara gamblang, utuh dan lengkap menggambarkan esensi isi keseluruhan tulisan dalam dua bahasa yaitu bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris yang masing-masing satu paragraf.
3. Kata kunci (key word) yang dipilih harus mencerminkan konsep yang dikandung artikel terkait sejumlah 3-5 istilah.
4. Cara pengacuan dan pengutipan menggunakan model catatan kaki (footnotes).
   1. Kutipan Buku: Nama penulis, judul buku (cetak miring), tempat penerbitan: nama penerbit, tahun terbitan, halaman kutipan. Contoh:

1)      Penulis satu orang:

Dieter Bartels, Di Bawah Naungan Gunung Nunusaku, Jilid 1, Jakarta, Gramedia, 2017, hlm. 10

2)      Penulis lebih dari satu orang:

1. Kutipan Internet/media online: Nama penulis, “judul tulisan”, alamat portal (website/online), tanggal diakses/unduh.

1. Daftar Pustaka memuat daftar buku, jurnal, makalah/paper/orasi ilmiah baik cetak maupun online yang dikutip dalam naskah, yang disusun secara alfabetis (a sampai z) dengan susunan: Nama penulis (mendahulukan nama keluarga/marga), tahun, judul, tempat penerbitan: penerbit, dst.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
